Senior Account Manager
We have a great opportunity in our Baku office for a Senior Account Manager! For this role, we’re looking for an experienced account manager in digital, creative, production and opinion leaders projects. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and building strong client relationships and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients' needs, and identifying opportunities to further growth.
What you'll do:
Attending meetings with existing and potential clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements.
Effectively develop and present strategic vision to clients, as well as secure commitments to that vision.
Ensure that teams receive assignments that clearly describe the Client’s need and the Agency’s planned approach, and that they get the information required to complete their assignments effectively.
Collaborate with team to reach agreement on procedures for interdepartmental projects that will meet product and service standards efficiently and minimize unproductive conflicts.
Other similar responsibilities as assigned
As a principal point of contact for assigned client relationships, you'll be responsible for helping to build long-term client relationships, anticipating client needs, and working with your supporting teams to coordinate efforts aimed at solving those needs.
You will work closely with digital, creative & production teams and responsible for flawless execution and results
Internal tracking/reporting to the agency for all clients and projects within your remit.
For creative projects, lead and brief the creative team according to the client brief. Share your insights / observations about the main digital trends, best working formats, and ways to reach Target Audience.

Experience managing large account portfolios
Strong customer service and project management skills
Experience managing digital & creative projects
Highly organized and solution-oriented
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Fluent in Azerbaijani and English
